Our Guarantee
Every Universalvani book comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@universalvani.org within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order ID or payment ID (found in your confirmation email or bank/UPI app).
- We'll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's own processing time.
Digital Product Note
Because our books are digital and delivered instantly, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith. We reserve the right to review unusual refund patterns (e.g. the same buyer repeatedly purchasing and refunding), but a first-time request within the 7-day window is honored without argument.
What Happens to Your Download Access
Once a refund is issued, your existing download link may be deactivated. If you're refunded, please delete any downloaded copies of the book.
Non-Digital Items
We currently sell only digital products — there is no shipping or physical returns process.
